Life Transformationist is a self-help and personal development application that provides guided hypnotherapy techniques, relaxation exercises, and personal growth programmes. The App uses text-to-speech technology to deliver guided sessions and may store user preferences and progress data locally on your device.
The Services are designed for general wellness and self-improvement purposes only. They are NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The hypnotherapy techniques and relaxation exercises provided are for informational and educational purposes. If you are experiencing mental health issues, please consult a qualified healthcare professional. Do not use the App while driving, operating machinery, or in any situation requiring your full attention.
You may optionally create an account by providing your email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.
Life Transformationist operates on a freemium model. Basic access includes 5 free techniques available indefinitely. Premium access, which unlocks all 30+ techniques, structured programmes, unlimited AI coaching, and additional features, is available via an annual subscription at £19.99/year following a 7-day free trial.
Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Payment terms, renewal, and cancellation are governed by the respective platform's policies. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
You agree not to: (a) use the Services for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Services' functionality; (d) share your account credentials with third parties; or (e) use the Services in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the service.
All content within the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, audio, techniques, programmes, and software, is the property of Life Transformationist or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent.
The App stores your preferences, session history, and progress data locally on your device. If you create an account, certain data may be synced to our servers to enable cross-device access. You can delete your local data at any time through the App's settings. For details on how we handle your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
If you opt in to receive marketing communications during registration, we may send you emails about new features, techniques, programmes, and promotional offers. You can opt out at any time by updating your preferences in the App settings or by following the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. Opting out of marketing communications does not affect essential service-related communications.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Life Transformationist and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of or inability to use the Services.
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms within the App and on our website, and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. You may also terminate your account at any time by using the account deletion feature in the App's Profile settings.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
